Three gold gongs at the Employer Brand Management Awards

We’re celebrating even more wins, as the winners were announced last night by the Employer Brand Management Awards.


Our work for French utilities giant, Suez was given a Gold award in the category of  'Best employer brand management programme following a merger or acquisition'.   We devised a campaign to help Suez welcome employees from GE Water, and to explain the vision for the merger to both its existing employees and those joining from the newly acquired operations.  The campaign was articulated through a series of films, across various design assets and hosted upon bespoke intranet portal.   All of the assets were created by MerchantCantos.

Our work for Philips picked up another two Golds – in the categories of 'Best localisation of a global employer brand management programme ' and  'Best employer brand management from the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sector'.  We produced almost twenty different films that helped tell the story of 'Embrace the Unexpected', Philips signature talent acquisition campaign.  Click here. to see the campaign launch film.
