Last night was the 8th annual Transform Awards Europe, which celebrates the best brand development and re-branding work.


We were shortlisted for two categories for our work with the Michelangelo Foundation, and were delighted to discover we had won a Silver award for both:

  •  Best strategic/creative development of a new brand - SILVER
  •  Best visual identity from the charity/NGO/not-for-profit sector - SILVER

The Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship is an international non-profit organisation. The organisation came to us seeking a story and visual system that would capture the hearts of the most talented artisans in the world, inspire designers and craftsmen to work together on groundbreaking new projects, and light a spark in young people considering options for their future career.

Our task was to understand the rich and varied universe of craftsmanship – from lacemaking to leatherwork, from haute couture to crystal, from intricate musical instruments to the finest porcelain, and reflect this in a powerful, beautiful visual system, and clear, elegant brand positioning.
