Rick is a digital corporate communications expert with over 18 years’ experience developing tailored and comprehensive digital strategies for large international organisations.
Rick has advised on and led the implementation of a wide range of digital and creative solutions while at MerchantCantos for clients including Ahold Delhaize, Naspers, SIG Combibloc, Chrysaor, Nomad Foods, Riverstone Energy and LafargeHolcim, and he is a leading expert on digital communications around business critical events – M&A, IPO, crisis and financial reporting.
Rick leads the research and strategy aspects of MerchantCantos’ digital work and is supported by a team of digital experts across user experience, design, development and project management.
Before joining MerchantCantos, Rick was Director of Strategy and Operations at Comprend, advising clients including Dana Petroleum, Melrose Industries and VimpelCom. Prior to this, he was Head of Consulting at The Group, working closely with Aviva, Barclays, Centrica and Imperial Tobacco.
