Using digital excellence to improve the patient experience
MerchantCantos has launched four new country websites for Diaverum, as part of the second stage in its digital transformation.
As one of the world’s largest providers of renal care, Diaverum is on a journey of digital transformation, inspired by a true patient focus. Starting with their corporate website, we refreshed their visual identity and developed an award-winning, fully responsive website, based on a modular design system that puts the needs of the patient at its heart.
We have now released the next iteration in the digital transformation, country specific websites in local languages. We have enhanced the user experience for key patient features; all around finding a clinic and managing their care. Our new clinic finder and clinic pages bring the best of the Google maps features directly into the website, giving the patients the tools they need in one place, providing a streamlined and intuitive experience.
The websites for China, Saudi Arabia, the UK and Sweden are now live and all have been launched in both the local language and English. This will then be rolled out to all Diaverum’s 22 markets, allowing for localisation by language and culture, while still retaining the essence of Diaverum’s global, modular design system.
