How do you reposition the corporate narrative?
As one of Hong Kong’s oldest and well-known real estate businesses, Hysan wanted to revamp their digital presence to better reflect the role they play in the local community and showcase their growing portfolio while making sure investor audiences understood their resilient business fundamentals.
While Hysan has a rich heritage, it was key that their digital presence reflected the modern, high-tech properties they owned, while demonstrating the changing lifestyles of those who lived, worked, and enjoyed leisure time inside them. Central to this idea was to put people and places at the heart of all their messaging and imagery while making sure the investor narrative was clear and appealing.
We re-imagined Hysan’s corporate website, creating a platform that reflects their dynamic and growing real estate business in Hong Kong, while also highlighting their role in the community and the resilience of their balanced portfolio, establishing them as a solid long-term investment. The rebrand involved a complete visual overhaul, bringing Hysan’s digital presence up to date with a modern, colourful, progressive design that featured more photography and importantly, content that features people and businesses from the local community. The website was supported by several films showing the investor story, which not only introduced the business but also the Chairman’s vision for growth within the community.
