Carolina Salas-TapiaDirector, Gulf
Dubai, MerchantCantos’ first office outside London, is led by Carolina Salas-Tapia. Carolina works across a wide range of communications disciplines, specialising particularly in brand, marketing and digital communications.
Jarrad leads MerchantCantos’ creative studio and is responsible for our creative output. He focuses particularly on our work in print, digital design and brand.
Matt works with Brunswick and MerchantCantos to ensure we maximize the opportunity to provide integrated strategic and creative solutions for our clients. With more than 25 years experience within advertising agencies, Matt brings a consumer communications perspective to predominantly corporate communications challenges, and believes passionately in the importance of creativity in business.
Annie BissetDirector, Annual Reports/IR
Annie has over 20 years experience in advising companies on their communications programmes – internally and externally. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and financial reporting specialist.
Keelin has stewarded almost every part of MerchantCantos since joining in 1989 and is now responsible for keeping MerchantCantos a well-oiled machine, overseeing operations, HR, project management and print production.

Bill KrarupDirector, Investor Communications
Bill brings over 25 years’ experience to his role as Director, Investor Communications at MerchantCantos, where he oversees complex projects, both in print and online, and advises on best practice in corporate reporting.
Tim oversees the film team’s creative output. His work has picked up more than 40 industry awards. Specialisms include employee engagement, brand films and executive interviews.
Toby runs the film and webcasting side of the business and is involved with the general management and strategic direction of the firm. Toby joined as Managing Director in September 2011.
