HSBC's executive team wanted to speak directly to investors, staff and media at its interim and annual results. The relaxed, TV-style interview format helped get the best from the executive directors, allowing them to express their own personalities as they delivered the group's strategic messaging about performance. The video reached a large, international audience via the bank's corporate website and was streamed live on the HSBC group intranet.
