We focused on creating a best practice report built around the theme of customers — an area in which Dixons has a clear and renowned strength. We also created a story around Dixons' new brand KNOWHOW which recently launched in the UK. We brought key messages to life through clear statements and inspirational case studies focusing on customers in real-life situations.
