  • The Body Shop wanted to modernise the look and feel of its internal results interview film, while communicating key growth and performance messages from the previous financial year.

    We advised on the messaging and how to optimally communicate the financial story for the internal audience. The financial highlights appear in a coherent and logical way and include messages around top-line annual growth as well as growth business areas such as e-commerce. Key bullets were prepared for the chairman in advance of the filming and we went through a preparation process to help tighten and focus the messaging. An experienced cameraman shot the footage on a F3 camera, generating sensational shots. The footage showed the chairman in the shop, interacting with staff, alongside interviews with customers who sang the praises of Body Shop customer service.
