MerchantCantos, the London-based creative communications agency, is delighted to announce two senior appointments on the video and webcasting side of its business. Toby Low, Managing Director, and Tim May, Director, Film & Video, both joined us in recent weeks.
Toby comes to us from World Television where he was UK Managing Director. His background is in broadcasting and financial journalism, including time at CNBC, The Money Channel, and the BBC. He has worked with a wide range of blue chip clients and will bring more valuable senior management expertise to the team. Toby will have direct responsibility for the video and webcasting divisions of the business. "I'm delighted to join MerchantCantos at a significant stage in its development," says Toby. "We already have an amazing client base and I am looking forward to working with many of them both in the UK and overseas. Tim May is responsible for building on our existing creative video business. Tim also joins us from World Television where he was Executive Producer, responsible for the delivery of award-winning work for clients like Anglo American and Shire Pharmaceuticals. Tim started his film-making career in documentaries at the BBC before moving on to become one of the corporate industry's leading writer/directors. He brings the necessary experience and expertise to boost our capability to deliver the large-scale projects our clients demand.
